The event was a part of the Sintra Pro Fest 2023 and ran on excellent conditions with standout performances from local athletes such as Joel Rodrigues, Daniel Fonseca, Ricardo Rosmaninho, and Hélder Mendes, as well as international riders including Pierre-Louis Costes, Dave Hubbard, Jorge Hernandez, Armide Soliveres, Anas Haddar, Brahim Iddouch, Yazdanny Castro, among many others.
