The 8th edition of the Annaëlle Challenge, run on Tuesday, 11th and Wednesday, 12th of November 2025, was an epic event and a memorable get together not only for the French gang but also for a few international stars from the bodyboarding world.
The final day had a little bit of everything. Sun, perfect waves, excitement, emotions… and some of the best bodyboarders putting on a show on the infamous French slab that lays on Breton soil. Oh yeah, the atmosphere was wild and on the loose.

In the end, against all odds as he was competing with three French opponents, Armide Soliveres, from the Canary Islands, World Champion in 2024, took the win and the trophy home for the first time ever he competed in the event.

That left 2x World Champ Pierre-Louis Costes in a very close and bitter sweet second place. Yann Saloun came in third and Morgan Le Quebec in fourth place.

Armide Soliveres (Canary Islands) 16,00 pts
Pierre Costes (France) 15,97 pts
Yann Salaun (France) 14,20 pts
Morgan Le Quebec (France) 12,13 pts
According to the organizers, this was the last time the event was run and the last edition of the Annaëlle Challenge.
