The 1st event of the Men’s World Tour is coming.

Next event of the World Tour is the Arica Cultura Bodyboard 2022 presented by Pride bodyboards, in Chile, starting April 29th, and it will be the first event for the Men’s in the new season, awarding the riders with a total prize of $30.000 and 3000 ranking points.

Last time Pierre-Louis Costes was the winner, beating Hawaiian superstar Tanner McDaniel in great fashion at the El Gringo punchy waves. Will the french man be able to defend the title?

After two very long years of absence, the best male bodyboarders in the world, will battle again on the Flopos spot. Mentioned by many as one of the best waves on the tour, it is not surprising the list of riders includes current world champion, Tristan Roberts, defending Arica winner, Pierre-Louis Costes along with other previous winners, Tanner McDaniel (2018), Iain Campbell (2016), Jared Houson (2015) and Amaury Lavernhe (2014). Even the likes of Mike Stewart and Jeff Hubbard have thrown their hats into the ring for the event along with Chilean stars like Alan Munoz and Kevin Torres. 2022 marks the 17th time the event is being run. It took place for the first time in 2004. xxx
