AFTER A 6 YEARS BREAK, THE INFAMOUS BODYBOARDING CONTEST WAS BACK IN FRANCE AND PIERRE-LOUIS COSTES WON… ONCE AGAIN!

The 2021 PRIDE Annaëlle Challenge took place Sunday and today, in Brittany, North West of France. During these two days, 16 competitors (a mix of the best locals, the best french and international pro riders) battle beteween each other to win the 7th edition of the event, sanctioned as a Invitational Specialty Event by the IBC – International Bodyboard Corporation.

For the second time in a row Pierre-Louis Costes (France) was the strongest bodyboarder in the final and has won the event in great fashion, showing a great amount of skills in the water (as usual). PLC has sent the local boy Julien le Sehan to second place, Lionel Medina from the Canary Islands to third and Frenchman Jeremy Arnoux to fourth place.

Portuguese hellman Steph Kokorelis was awarded with the Heaviest Wave prize. Nice job boys. Until next year. Meanwhile check the Day 2 highlights below. xxx
