On December 9th the Basque Surfing Federation organized the last event of the 2023 tour.
The famous spot of Mundaka received the best surfers and bodyboarders for the last stop of the Basque 
Tour – the Bodyboard Open Zirkuitua.
Regarding the bodyboarding division, it was the stop 4, the final one after the previous events in Bakio, Itzurun and Ereaga-Sopelana.
In a great form, Alex Odriozola beat his opponents with powerful moves and a few barrels on the final heat. Veteran Alex Uranga, who still in great shape and always a competitor to keep an eye on, was runner up leaving Alex Sebastian in third and Jon López in fourth place.
In the final maths, it was Odriozola who ended up coming first, thus becoming Basque Champion of the current season. Congratulations!
