Hawaiian wins the Dropknee division of the Antofagasta Bodyboard Festival.
To be fair, Dave Hubbard never left. The 8x dk world champ was right here all the time, but the truth is he has been away from victories too long. But he’s back in the game. Back on the winning game!
It just happens this Wednesday Dub won the Dk division of the Antofagasta Festival with an outstanding performance. The Hawaiian beat Manuel Cepeda (Chile) on the quarters, Amaury Lavernhe (France) in the semis and Jericco Rosero, from Ecuador, in the final heat.
The last ride of the Hawaiian was a 10-point-ride, so he added that score to a seven and scored a total of 17,00 points against the 11,60 made by Rosero – who had won the semi final against Sammy Morretino, the dk world champ in title and last year event winner.
