In the golden era of bodyboarding, stand up boogie boarding had a few Hawaiians that used to dominate the style. Guys like Danny Kim, Cavin Yap, and later Chris Won Taloa, just to name a few, had a unique approach on the waves. Most of the time they use the “power juice” of the islands to produced incredible free surf and photo sessions that went directly to the magazine pages.
